Cancellation Policy

Treatments and Day packages: you can cancel treatments up to 48 hours in advance; otherwise we will have to charge for the treatment. For groups we employ the Uniform Hotel and Catering Terms and Conditions.
For packages of more than one day: we employ the Uniform Hotel and Catering Terms and Conditions. To avoid any considerable financial risk, you can take our our cancellation insurance, which is completely free of obligation and can be arranged immediately when booking your stay of more than one day, at an extra cost.
